Returns and Refunds: 1.1 PIN-J.MY facilitates peer-to-peer rentals between users. As such, the return policy may vary depending on the agreement reached between the borrower and the lender. 1.2 It is important for borrowers to thoroughly inspect the rented item upon receiving it to ensure it meets their expectations and is in the specified condition as described by the lender. 1.3 If, upon inspection, the borrower finds that the item is significantly different from the description or is faulty/damaged, they should promptly notify the lender to discuss potential resolutions. 1.4 Any refund or return arrangement is subject to mutual agreement between the borrower and lender. PIN-J.MY is not directly responsible for refunding or returning items.

Communication and Resolution: 2.1 In the event of a dispute or issue regarding the rented item, both borrowers and lenders are encouraged to communicate openly and in a timely manner to find a resolution. 2.2 PIN-J.MY recommends maintaining a record of all communication related to the rental, including messages exchanged through the platform, to facilitate dispute resolution if necessary. 2.3 If an agreement cannot be reached between the borrower and the lender, PIN-J.MY may mediate the dispute based on the available information and evidence provided by both parties. However, PIN-J.MY does not guarantee a resolution or refund.

Lender Protection Guarantee: 3.1 PIN-J.MY offers a lender protection guarantee, which covers lenders against damage or loss caused by borrowers during the rental period. Lenders are encouraged to review the terms and conditions of the guarantee for specific details regarding coverage and claims process. 3.2 To initiate a claim under the lender protection guarantee, lenders should promptly notify PIN-J.MY and provide relevant documentation, such as photos, rental agreement details, and evidence of damage or loss. 3.3 PIN-J.MY will assess the claim based on the provided information and may require additional documentation or evidence to process the claim. The resolution and compensation will be determined at the discretion of PIN-J.MY, in accordance with the terms of the lender protection guarantee.

Exceptions: 4.1 The return policy does not cover general wear and tear resulting from normal use of the rented item during the rental period. 4.2 PIN-J.MY is not responsible for any personal injury or damage that occurs during the use of rented items. Users are advised to exercise caution and adhere to safety guidelines while using the rented items.
